If your pet has passed away at home, we’re so sorry for your loss. We suggest taking them to your nearest vet or animal welfare organisation. They can assist you and help arrange a cremation or Return of Ashes service with us.

Just so you know, while we handle each pet with care and dignity, we currently only operate during business hours. If your pet passes on a weekend, your vet will keep them safe until we can collect them.
