I am so happy with the service I got. They explained the process to me & kept me posted every step of the way. We got the most beautiful scatter box with our bunny's ashes. They collected & delivered the necklace we had made within 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend anyone who's lost a beloved pet to make use of their services. Thank you so much.

The service I received was amazing. From the beautiful box the ashes came in with rose petals inside. To the poem which helped me through my heartache. I ordered a glass and ash necklace. It is so beautiful and it means the world to me to be able to have my fur baby with me in some way each day.

Miss my baby so much but just super thankful that I have the best memories of her and this special keepsake of her ♥️♥️ I will never forget my Nina baby and I appreciate the little things you added in it is so special. That was the hardest decision I ever made♥️ but can't wait to see her someday again🤗 I am only writing the review a year later because I couldn't open it then I wasn't strong enough to see my baby in this way

Losing my fur baby was one of the most challenging experiences. I’m so grateful to the entire Legacy team, especially Nazim who assisted me with the utmost empathy & compassion throughout the process. Thank you for making this difficult process bearable. My Miley passed away on 23rd November. I received her ashes back on 1st December. I was so touched by the way they wrapped her ashes and they even took a paw print. They took a little of her ashes and packed it in a package. The most beautiful bracelet was made to remember her by.
