Going through the pain of a fur baby crossing the Rainbow 🌈 bridge doesn't give one an opportunity to be fully present when doing the planning of the burial, but Legacy made the whole moment easy, they are professionals and Mike communicated clearly and kindly throughout until we got our fur baby's ashes, in a beautiful box. Let me tell where it started,  after TAH Rosmead treated us like a sewerage when our fur baby died, they were ignoring my emails,  not telling me about Andre's plans to cremate him. Then I contacted Mike and advised me on what to do so that they could handle Andre's cremation. They took action immediately and went to the Vet to get Andre and started with the process respectively. These are the best if you want to have a beautiful send off for your fur baby. Thanks.
