Miss my baby so much but just super thankful that I have the best memories of her and this special keepsake of her ♥️♥️ I will never forget my Nina baby and I appreciate the little things you added in it is so special. Losing my fur baby was one of the most challenging experiences. I’m so grateful to the entire Legacy team, especially Nazim who assisted me with the utmost empathy & compassion throughout the process. Thank you for making this difficult process bearable. The beautiful box and thoughtful additional contents; forget-me-not flower seeds & sympathy card added special & beautiful touches to my bubs send off, providing the closure we didn’t know we needed. My Miley passed away on 23rd November. I received her ashes back on 1st December. I was so touched by the way they wrapped her ashes and they even took a paw print. They took a little of her ashes and packed it in a package. The most beautiful bracelet was made to remember her by.

Our dear Remi, a 70kg Great Dane passed away unexpectedly during the night and we found his body on a Sunday morning and in total shock and no one really knew what to do.I called the local vets to assist but they offered no advice nor assistance. 1 animal hospital in Kenilworth actually told me to get my neighbours to help dig a grave and help put Remi in the grave.!!!!! I got Legasys details thro TEARS and I contacted Mike and the service, compassion and urgency offered by Mike and his team can never be described unless one is in the situation. Mike , thank you and please give our deepest appreciation to your team who collected Remi in a dignified manner. Thank you too for personally bringing Remi home in way of his ashes. Highly recommend especially during a stressful and emotional time. .
